Refund policy

The short version

Ebooks are delivered instantly and are non-refundable. Merch is printed just for you, so we can't take returns for size or change of mind — but if anything arrives damaged or misprinted, we'll replace it or refund you, free.

Digital products (ebooks)

Our ebooks are delivered by download link immediately after purchase. Because of the nature of digital downloads, all ebook sales are final once the download has been delivered. If your file won't open, your link expired, or you received the wrong file, email hello@pureherbalwisdom.com and we'll make it right.

Merch (tees, hoodies, and totes)

Every PHW piece is printed on demand — made just for you when you order. Because each item is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering (heads up: our hoodies run small — we recommend sizing up).

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we've got you. Email hello@pureherbalwisdom.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.

Lost or undelivered orders

If tracking shows your order was lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll sort it out.
