Ebooks — no shipping, no waiting
Digital products are delivered by email with a download link within minutes of your purchase. Nothing ships; nothing to track. If your download email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder first, then email hello@pureherbalwisdom.com and we'll resend it.
Merch — printed on demand, made for you
Every tee, hoodie, and tote is printed when you order it — not pulled from a warehouse shelf. That means less waste and no overproduction, and it also means your order needs a little time to be made:
- Production: 2–5 business days to print and prepare your order
- US shipping: typically 3–8 business days after production
- International shipping: typically 7–21 business days after production, depending on destination and customs
You'll receive a confirmation email when you order and a tracking link as soon as your package ships.
Shipping costs
US orders over $50 ship free. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your cart. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes their country may charge.
Wrong address?
If you catch an address mistake, email us at hello@pureherbalwisdom.com as soon as possible — we can usually fix it if the order hasn't gone into production yet.
